“I’m from the US. And I rented the Otty apartment Milan for one year with Octavia and Sim. I was a student at Bocconi and I just graduated and I have only good things to say from this apartment. Very quiet. It’s the perfect size for a student, lots of storage. They did a very good job designing the apartment Milan with use of space and then the apartment.

Is also located right in front of the tram and also very close to school. Very close, two or three minutes from the master’s programs where the school is. It’s also located very well on this main street where you have many things like grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, things that you need. And I think best of all is that I felt safe. And whenever I needed something, Ottavia and Siim have always helped me so I recommend the apartment to anyone.”

“I rented apartment Otty from Siim and Ottavia for one year. I went to Domus Academy, and I love this apartment because it’s just three minutes walking to Domus. It’s very, very well located and it’s just above tram three which takes you right to Duomo and everywhere you want. It’s very quiet and cozy, and it felt like home.

Siim and Ottavia were very nice helping me move here, take care of everything like the cleaning, the electricity, and the bills. They were very fast to reply for any problems and they fixed everything really quickly, and there were rarely any problems with this apartment in Milan. So I really had a great year in this rental apartment. Thank you.”
