How long can I rent an apartment in Milan?
All apartments are available for medium/long term stays from 3 months up to 12 months (contract renewable).
All-Inclusive price: what’s included
The price shown in each listing on RentalMilan.com already includes everything you need for your stay in Milan:
- Utilities: electricity and gas (cooking/heating/hot water), within fair-use limits
- WiFi Internet
- Condominium / building expenses
- Taxes (garbage tax, contract-related taxes and annual boiler check)
- Agency fee (22% VAT included) — included in the listing price
- Monthly cleaning service
- Personal assistance during your entire stay
Important: on many websites the advertised price is not truly “all-inclusive”. Extra costs often appear later.

Transparent listings: video tours, 360° virtual tours & real reviews
Even if you are not in Milan, you can “pre-visit” the apartment thanks to video tours and, in some listings, a 360° virtual tour.
A 360° tour works like Google Street View, but inside the apartment.
How to view a 360° tour properly:

- Use the arrows to move from one room to another

Fully furnished & fully equipped apartments
All apartments include what you need to live comfortably from day one:
- Bed linen/blankets (1 set per bed) and bath towels (1 set per person)
- Kitchenware and basic household equipment
- Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clotheshorse
- Hair dryer
- TV and WiFi
Monthly cleaning
Monthly cleaning is included. You will agree the date and time directly with our cleaning manager.
The cleaner will tidy up and clean the apartment (please keep personal items organised so cleaning can be done properly).
Airport pickup at arrival (optional)
If you land at Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), we can arrange an optional private airport pickup service to take you directly to the apartment for check-in.
