Final cleaning – the amount included in the price

Hi renter,
if you are reading this post, it’s probably because your check-out date is approaching.

I hope you enjoyed your stay 🤗

As you know, the price of the apartments on RentalMilan.com is All Inclusive, with monthly and final cleaning as well (the final cleaning can be included only for rent of at least 6 months).

As you saw in the check-out procedure , you should let the apartment at the check-out in the same conditions you found it upon your arrival.

I don’t pretend it’s perfectly clean, don’t worry 😉
RentalMilan will pay for an additional “standard” cleaning and for a “deep” cleaning, a cleaning we don’t make during the monthly service, like washing the windows/shutters, cleaning inside the kitchen cupboards, inside and above the wardrobes, clean the fridge, the oven, the sinks’ drains, washing-machine filters, wash/iron the bed sheets (but not the duvets, carpets, pillows, mattress ….) etc.
This final deep cleaning will be paid by RentalMilan, but it can be within the following limits, depending on the apartment typology:

👉🏻 If the price of the final cleaning of your apartment will be higher than those prices, the exceeded amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

RentalMilan will send to you and to the landlord the invoice paid to JV Cleaning, to prove the amount of your final cleaning.

Please feel free to ask to JV Cleaning, when you meet Jim Kristal at the check-out, if it’s possible to have already an estimate of the final cleaning, once she sees the status of the apartment.

At the check-out you’ll fill a check-list with JV Cleaning, where will be reported all the details about the status of the apartment and equipments, an eventual cost for the extra final cleaning as well (the exact amount can be defined only once the deep cleaning has been done).
