How to sign a .pdf file

The booking procedure is online, signing the papers as well.

Once you book the apartment, I send you the lease agreement (the Contract) as .pdf file you should sign.
I send you the English and Italian version of the Contract.

How you can easily sign the .pdf Contract from you cell phone or from the computer?

From your cell, I would recommend you the free App “Adobe Fill & Sign” you can download it from Apple Store and Google Play

From Mac computer: use “Preview” to open the .pdf . Here you are a short video how to do it ……………………………………

From Windows pc: when you open the .pdf , use the “Fill & Sign” function. A short video to show you how to do it.

📌 How to sign an Italian lease agreement (the Contract)?

You need to insert your initials (the first letter of your name and the first letter of your surname) on the right at the bottom of each page.
While you should insert your full signature twice at the bottom, on the last page, under “Il conduttore” (the leaseholder, or the renter)
