How to check the Availability, the Price & Book a flat

	Search Availability From the Homepage or from the menu “Apartments for rent” > “Search” you can select the dates of your stay (“Arrival” and “Departure”). Click on the brown button “Search” to see just the apartments available in the period, on the map and as a list (you can choose the order to sort them). You can also select “Flat type” and “Search available apartment districts” + other filters. Select the apartment you like, on the map or in the list, to see all the details.
	Check Price For each apartment you can see the “All inclusive” price (= Agency fee to RentalMilan + Rent to the owner), at the end of the apartment description you can see also the amount of the security deposit. Inside the announcements there is a form to fill and Send your inquiry (please remember to specify the rental period!). I’ll reply via email with the payment details: all the amounts, fall due dates and bank details.
	Book an apartment To confirm the reservation, you should pay in advance the “Agency fee” by bank transfer or by credit card to Rental Milan. Also the amount of the “Agency fee” is included in the “All inclusive” price, it’s NOT an extra cost to be added. Rental Milan’s bank details: Account name: “Rental Milan di Ottavia Tagliavini” Rental Milan address: via Matteotti 25, 20044 Arese (MI), Italy Bank: Finecobank Bank address: Piazza Durante 11, 20131 Milan, Italy IBAN: IT06X0301503200000003555316 BIC/Swift: FEBIITM1 reason of the payment: booking confirmation for “NAME of the apartment“. As we receive your payment, the apartment is booked for you for the full period, I’ll send you the Booking confirmation from Rental Milan and the lease agreement from the owner (the Contract, English and Italian versions). To make these 2 documents you should please provide your details filling this form.

The next payments:

• In the email I sent you replying to your inquiry (see point 2), you can see the full payment details, with all the amounts and fall due dates:

– Once you pay the Agency fee to Rental Milan, the apartment is booked for you. The balance (= “All inclusive” price for the total period – Agency fee already paid) is the total amount of the rent due to the owner.

– It’s due monthly by bank transfer to the owner, within the 20th of the previous month.
You should pay the 1st month rent within 10 days before your arrival.

– The security deposit (the amount is written in the text of the announcement) is due within 10 days before your arrival, together with the 1st rent, by bank transfer to the owner. The cost of the final cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

Before the check-in:

• You should please return the Booking confirmation and the Contracts with your signature via email
• you should have already paid the first month rent and the security deposit by bank transfer to the owner.

Check-in:

• MXP Airport pick-up at arrival, available on request
• We show you the apartment in detail and we give you the keys
• All the details about the Check-in procedures.

 💵 💶 How can you make the payments?

✅ You can make the payment to Rental Milan:

– with Wise (by credit card or online bank transfer), you can save in bank fees,
– through Paypal , you need to add 6%, because of the Paypal fee (in the payment request I’ll send you via email, you click on the link, then “Send” and you can pay by credit card, or connecting your bank account or using your Paypal account),
– by bank transfer (see above at point 3 the bank details), you’ll be charged of eventual bank fees debited to the recipient.

✅ It’s possible to make the payments to the landlord by bank transfer and through Wise (you need to have an account).
