What does the all-inclusive price include?
The price shown in every apartment listing already includes everything needed for your stay in Milan:
- Utilities: electricity, gas (cooking & heating), air conditioning and hot water (within fair-use limits)
- WiFi Internet
- Condominium / building fees
- All applicable taxes related to the rental
- Agency fee (22% VAT included)
- Monthly cleaning service (excepted the one in the month of the check-out)
Important: on many websites the advertised price is not truly all-inclusive. Extra costs such as agency fees or taxes are often added later.

Is the agency fee already included in the price?
Yes. The price shown on RentalMilan.com already includes the agency fee (with 22% VAT),
together with utilities, condominium fees, monthly cleaning and all applicable taxes. There are no hidden costs added later.
Is the final deep cleaning included?
Monthly cleaning is included. The final deep cleaning after check-out is deducted from the security deposit.
