Hi to everybody.
I manage about 80 apartments or rent Milan and they are available, they can be rented for a minimum stay of three months up to 12 months.
And but also you can extend even longer the rent.
It’s a since 2007, I rent out apartments and mainly to international students.
When I select the the apartments, I always consider that there are four, usually young students.
Probably the first time in Milan.
Or maybe they can speak Italian so they are in always in very safe location with everything you need walking distance and they are in addition to be fully furnished.
They are also fully equipped so ready to leave umm and you know, with also let’s say, but linen towels, kitchen where..
One of the main difference is I guess between the other agencies that first I offer a really inclusive price.
So in the prices you will see on my website you have, in addition to the rent, also all the bees of electricity, gas, Internet, condo expenses, the agency fee, the 22% of VAT we have in Italy, monthly cleaning.
On the other websites, the agency fee, it’s something maybe come out or they had separately because I want that the the students that enters and can know exactly what they are paying and they can be you know sure neither €1.00 more.
So even if maybe my price is, can you know look a bit higher than the ones over the other websites that I guess it’s let’s say risk free, I mean you know exactly that this is the the final area price.
In addition, another I think positive aspect, something useful, You can find on my website, Is that all the apartments have a video, a video tour, because usually the Students can’t come to see them personally, they need to book online.
And so I need them to gain their trust and that’s why I make for all of them video tours or virtual tours with the 360 degrees interactive pictures.
I like to make videos and pictures in, you know, realistic way.
I don’t like, you know, to make a scenographic effects with the flowers, the glass of wine on the table, they are very concrete.
They show you if the apartment… I don’t know if the bedroom is facing the street on the 1st floor.

Because I prefer when renter arrive in department and he says ohh this is amazing.
It’s even better than how I saw it on the website,

Because usually you can, you know, see on the other website, their agencies, sometimes some reviews.

I like this apartment.
The service was good, but I’m I wanted since the beginning to ask their enters after they say you know usually at the check out.
I asked them, did you like the apartment?
And if they say usually they say yes, it was there, can you please tell these things when I take your video?
So they make a short video like one or two minutes explaining their experience.
You know, if they like the apartment, the services and I believer is a really useful for you.
If you are searching for an apartment to see a student, maybe like you from the same maybe country from the same university saying yes, I enjoyed my stay in this apt.
