Your arrival in Milan

1. Payments 💳

You have already paid the booking confirmation to Rental Milan — thank you.

You have received by email:

• the Booking Confirmation from Rental Milan
• the Lease Agreement from the apartment owner

The next payment will be:

• the first rent (please check the exact amount in your Booking Confirmation)
• the security deposit (usually equal to one month’s rent)

This payment must be made by bank transfer directly to the owner.
You will find the owner’s bank details in the Booking Confirmation.

⏰ Important: this payment is due at least 10 days before your arrival.

2. Landing at Malpensa Airport ✈️

If you wish, my private driver can pick you up directly from Malpensa Airport and take you to your apartment.

He speaks English, accepts cash or card payments, and offers clean and comfortable cars and vans.
You can also contact him during your stay in Milan for other destinations.

Alternatively, taxis are always available at Malpensa Airport.
🚗 The drive to Milan usually takes about 50 minutes.

3. Check-in 🏠

The agency in charge of check-in and check-out services is JV Cleaning, which also manages the cleaning service.

The manager is Ms. Jim Kristal.

Once you book your flight, please send her your flight details via WhatsApp.
A few days before arrival, agree with her on the check-in date and time.

At the apartment, Jim will meet you, show you the apartment and the neighborhood, and hand over the keys.

4. Documents needed in Italy 📄

Anyone renting an apartment in Italy for more than 30 days must have an
Italian tax code (Codice Fiscale – CF).

The landlord must register the contract within 30 days from the starting date of the contract (the check-in date).
Late registration may result in a fine, will be charged to you.

⏩ We strongly recommend applying for your Codice Fiscale before arriving in Italy through the Italian Consulate in your home Country.

If you are a non-EU student, you must also apply for a Residence Permit (Permesso di soggiorno) within 8 days of arriving in Milan.

If you are an EU student staying more than 90 days, you must apply for Residency registration (Residenza)
