Kitchen
Status of the furnitures and equipments of the kitchen

Bedroom/s
Status of the furnitures of the bedroom or bedrooms
Check the bed frame (headboard, legs, slats and frame). Do not include the mattress.
If there are more than 2 bedrooms
Bathroom/s
Check the condition and proper functioning of all bathroom fixtures and fittings, including taps, toilet, bidet, sink, drains and toilet seat.
If there is more than 1 bathroom
Doors, windows, shutters, roller shutters, mosquito nets
Test all doors, windows, shutters, roller shutters and mosquito nets by opening and closing them. Check that they operate properly and are not damaged.
Floor, walls, ceiling
Check floors, walls and ceilings for any marks, scratches, holes, cracks, stains, mold, peeling paint or other visible damage.
Bed sheets, covers, bath towels, pillows, mattress
Check for any stains, tears, excessive wear, unpleasant odors, discoloration or other damage to the bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, pillows, mattress, blankets and bath towels.
Hot water, heating and air conditioning
Check that the hot water, heating and air conditioning (if available) are working properly.
Heating: In winter, check that the radiators become warm. In spring and summer, or whenever the central heating system is not operating, radiators may remain cold, and this is normal.
Air conditioning (if available): Turn on each air conditioning unit and check that it operates properly in both cooling and heating modes.
Hot water: Turn on a hot water tap and check that hot water is available.
Upload clear photos showing the current condition of the following:
- Radiators: Include the radiators, valves and thermostat knobs.
- Boiler: Include the boiler, display and pressure gauge (if visible).
- Water heater (if any): Include the unit, display, filter and any visible indicators.
- Air conditioning units (if any): Include every indoor unit and any visible signs of wear or damage.
Take close-up photos whenever possible to clearly show the current condition of displays, pressure gauges, valves, thermostat knobs, filters and any visible wear, damage or anomalies.
Electrical appliances
Check that all electrical appliances work properly after check-in. Report any issues to RentalMilan via WhatsApp within 48 hours.

How many sets of keys the check-in employee gives to the renter
