How to Book an Apartment in Milan – Rental Milan Booking Process

📋 Booking process overview

1. Search apartments for your dates
2. Send an inquiry from the listing or from here
3. Receive payment details and due dates by email
4. Pay the booking confirmation to reserve the apartment
5. Receive Booking Confirmation + Lease Agreement

In most cases, the full process takes 1–3 working days from your inquiry to receive the Booking Confirmation and the Lease Agreement.

Step 1 — Search available apartments

From the Homepage or Available Apartments,
enter your arrival and departure dates to see only apartments available for your stay.

You can filter by apartment type, area and price. Each listing includes:

• Real photos
• Video tour
• Description and equipment
• All-inclusive price
• Security deposit

Step 2 — Send your inquiry

Open the apartment listing you like and send the inquiry form. Please include:

• Your rental period
• Number of guests
• The university you will attend in Milan

We will reply by email with:

• Full payment details
• Payment schedule and due dates
• Instructions to confirm the booking

Step 3 — Confirm the reservation & receive documents

To reserve the apartment, you pay the booking confirmation (agency fee) to Rental Milan.
This amount is included in the all-inclusive price — it is not an extra cost.

Once we receive the booking confirmation payment:

• The apartment is reserved for your full stay
• We send the Booking Confirmation (Rental Milan)
• We prepare the Lease Agreement (landlord, Italian + English)

To prepare the documents, we will ask you to complete this form:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation and the Lease Agreement within 3 working days.

Step 4 — Rent payments & security deposit

After the booking confirmation is paid to Rental Milan, the remaining balance is the rent due to the landlord.

Payments to the landlord:

• Paid monthly by bank transfer
• Each payment is due by the 20th of the previous month
• The first rent + security deposit must be paid at least 10 days before arrival

The security deposit amount is shown in each listing.
The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer after two weeks from check-out, after deducting the final cleaning cost.

Before your check-in

• Email back the signed Booking Confirmation
• Email back the signed Lease Agreement
• Pay first rent and security deposit to the landlord (as per the schedule)

Check-in in Milan

• Apartment check-in and keys delivery
• Explanation of the apartment and equipment
• Optional Malpensa Airport pickup available on request

Payments to Rental Milan:

• Wise (credit card or bank transfer)
• PayPal (please add 6% to cover PayPal fees)
