By uploading or recording a video feedback, the tenant voluntarily authorizes Rental Milan di Ottavia Tagliavini to receive, store, and use the video, together with any related images, voice, comments, and feedback.
The video may be used for the following purposes:
- to document the tenant’s experience with the apartment and Rental Milan’s services;
- to provide useful feedback to future international students looking for accommodation in Milan;
- to publish the video, in whole or in part, on RentalMilan.com, apartment listings, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other Rental Milan promotional channels;
- to include the video in promotional, informational, and marketing materials related to Rental Milan’s services.
This authorization is given free of charge and without any compensation.
The tenant understands that the video may remain visible online once published. The tenant may request the removal of the video from future use by contacting Rental Milan in writing. Rental Milan will make reasonable efforts to remove the video from its own channels, while materials already published, shared, indexed, or reposted by third parties may not always be fully removable.
By uploading the video, the tenant confirms that they are the person appearing in the video and that they agree to this Video Consent Policy.
