The separate, fully equipped kitchen is bright and functional, offering a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a breakfast table with two stools. A second balcony overlooks the charming neighborhood.

The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk, making it ideal for studying or working from home. The second bedroom includes a comfortable sofa bed and another large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

If preferred, the larger sofa bed in the living room can be exchanged with the smaller white sofa bed in the second bedroom, allowing that bedroom to accommodate either two single beds or one queen-size bed.

There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, is unusually spacious and includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, as well as a bidet. The second bathroom is smaller and includes the washing machine.

A concierge (doorman) is available at the entrance of the building’s courtyard.
